Tenders are invited for Land Surveying Services the Villages of Colbeck Castle Housing Development, Phases 1 & 2, St Catherine.
Scope: NHT invites a commissioned land surveyor to submit proposals to provide land surveying services for 50 service lots (average lot size of 418 m* or 4500 Щ on lands at the Colbeck Castle Housing Development. Phases 1 & 2. St Catherine.
The scope of services includes:
• re-opening and pegging of the boundaries, where necessary
• setting out of units
• post-construction checking and or inspection of tots
• preparation of Surveyor D reports.
