LAND SUPPORT - Line C / Airport Express Line / Connection Line B This consultation follows a declaration without follow-up from the previous consultation. Its purpose is to establish the terms governing the land support mission to the Project Owner for the completion of all procedures and formalities allowing the temporary or permanent occupation of the real estate necessary for the realization of metro projects in the Toulouse area, namely: - Line Airport Express, - Line B connection (CLB) - Line C (formerly called 3rd Line). - All work having been declared of public utility and urgent. The contract takes the form of a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders placed in application of articles L2125-1, R2162-1, R2162-2, R2162-4 to R2162-5 of the public procurement code This framework agreement is concluded with a maximum amount in application of article R2162-4-2° of the Public Order Code. The maximum amount of the framework agreement is 945, 000 euro(s) excluding tax. The services below will be the subject of purchase orders drawn up as and when required, on the basis of the prices appearing in the Unit Price Schedule (BPU). Operational management is ensured by Tisséo Ingénierie in the name and on behalf of Tisséo Collectivités.
