This consultation follows a declaration without follow-up from the previous consultation. Its purpose is to establish the terms governing the mission of land support to the Project Owner for the accomplishment of all the procedures and formalities allowing the temporary or permanent occupation of real estate necessary for the realization of metro projects in the Toulouse area, namely: - Airport Express Line, - Line B connection (CLB) - Line C (formerly called 3rd Line). - All work having been declared of public utility and urgent. The contract takes the form of a single award framework agreement with purchase orders placed in application of articles L2125-1, R2162-1, R2162-2, R2162-4 to R2162-5 of the code of public procurement This framework agreement is concluded with a maximum amount in application of article R2162-4-2° of the Public Procurement Code. The maximum amount of the framework agreement is 945, 000 euro(s) excluding tax. The services below will be subject to vouchers orders established as and when required, on the basis of the prices appearing in the Unit Price Schedule (BPU). Operation management is carried out by Tisséo Ingénierie in the name and on behalf of Tisséo Collectivités. As an indication, the notification of the framework agreement is planned from October 2026
