Tender are invited for In accordance with 17 AAC 42.400(a) - The following should be published: March 26, 2025, through April 26, 2025 (30-days) in the Alaska Online Public Notice System.NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO SUPPLEMENT A LAND LEASE: The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF), Fairbanks International Airport (Airport) proposes amend the authorized uses to include vehicle maintenance to Land Lease ADA-90252, as follows: LESSEE: ADA Development, Inc. PREMISES: Block 4, Lot 3, consisting of approximately 139, 210 square feet of land and 2, 350 square feet of land within the existing premises has been converted into auxiliary use for vehicle maintenance for freight vehicles. PROPOSED LEASE RENTAL RATE: The rent for the total Premises is $16, 940.20 per year, calculated at the rate of$0.12 per square foot per year ($0.12 x 136, 860 square feet = $16, 423.20) + $0.22 for 2, 350 square feet ($0.22 x 2350 square feet = $517.00).
