Project Name : Development of Post-Graduate Government Colleges at District Headquarters for Improving Quality of Education(2nd) Revision.

Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 10 [Ten] years.2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Site Development work including landscaping works of at least 01 (One) contract successfully completed within the last 5 [Five] years with a value of at least Tk. 20.00 [Twenty] Lakh in a single tender in Government/Semi- Government Organization of Bangladesh [years counting backward from the date of publication of e-Tender]3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 50.00 [Fifty] Lakh over the last 05 [five] years [years counting backward from the date of publication of e-Tender in the National e-GP system portal]4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit lines of the Tenderer shall be Tk 15.00 [Fifteen] Lakh. Credit facility of the tenderer shall be acceptable in the form of PW3-7 mentioning the name of single work i.e single Tender ID. Certificate containing multiple tender ID will not be accepted.5. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: Tk 22.00 [Twenty Two] Lakh.6.The Provisions laid down in the "PPA-2006 & PPR-2008 including latest all amendment" and Standerd Tender Document will be followed.7. Satisfying other criteria laid down in the Tender Document.8. According to Letter No-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018-377 dt : 30/08/2018 from Office of The Prime Minister; The contractor who has not completed his/her work/works within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not to be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice.
