IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. Submission of Letter of Intent (LOI).
All prospective bidders are required to submit a Letter of Intent (LOI) to the BAC Office, Municipality of Cuartero, prior to their participation in the bidding process. Please be informed that LGU Cuartero is currently implementing a four-day work scheme, with no office work every Friday. Prospective bidders who intend to submit their LOI are advised to do so during regular working days and within the prescribed period.
2. Availability of Bidding Documents.
The Bidding Documents shall be made available to interested bidders upon payment of the corresponding non-refundable fee at the Municipal Treasurer-s Office - Cashier Section, within the prescribed period indicated in the ITB.
3. Eligibility to Secure Bidding Documents.
Only prospective bidders who have duly submitted their Letter of Intent (LOI) to the BAC Office and paid the corresponding non-refundable fee shall be eligible to secure a copy of the Bidding Documents.
