1) The Provincial Government of Batangas, through the Maintenance and Other Operating Expense Fund Under Public Assistance Services - Office of the Provincial Governor Subsidy to Other Local Government Unit intends to apply the sum of Eighty Million Pesos Only (₱80, 000, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the Land Development for the Construction of Multi Purpose Building at Brgy. Talisay, Lipa City, Batangas
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Notice of Award (NOA) will only be issued to the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bidder (LCRB) when the fund is downloaded to the Provincial Government of Batangas.
