Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the development of the area in the center of Bezrzecze on plots 66/147, 66/145, 66/144 located at ul. Górna in Bezrzecze through the construction of a village community center building along with technical infrastructure and land development, which includes:- connections and external installation of sanitary sewage, - connections and external water supply installation, - connection and external installation of storm sewage, - external low voltage power installations (from the designed ZKP cable and measurement connector to designed RG switchgear on the building), - 0.4 kV cable line (area lighting installation), - pedestrian routes, parking bays, construction of gazebos, construction of an outdoor gym, construction of fencing of the area plot no. 66/147, - landscaping (cutting down trees, planting high and low greenery, sowing grass), - installation of small architectural devices (benches, garbage bins, bicycle racks, dustbin covers).2. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the method of its implementation are specified in the SWZ, in Annex No. 9 to the SWZ, constituting technical documentation and in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ, which is a model contract.
