The subject of the order includes the development of the area, revitalization of the stadium's side apron into publicly available recreational areas, as part of the project: Expansion of the sports complex and creation of the Student Activity Center at ul. Kraszewskiego w Nysie. A detailed description and scope of the subject of the order is specified in the Design Documentation, STWiORB, bills of quantities (provided that the bills of quantities are only auxiliary material making it easier for the Contractor to calculate the offer price of the subject of the order) constituting link No. 3 to SWZ.2. In order to ensure full inclusion and physical accessibility, the design of the development of the area of ​​the athletics stadium of the State Academy of Applied Sciences in Nysa assumes the full elimination of barriers and includes the reconstruction of the exit. public, construction of pedestrian and bicycle routes with an asphalt surface, securing the existing technical infrastructure, gradelines and revalorization of green areas.
