Land cover class identification service using artificial intelligence (AI) methods for the purpose of updating the Agricultural Plot Identification System (LPIS) 1. The subject of the order is the preparation, commissioning and provision by the Contractor of for the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture an IT service in the SaaS model, enabling automatic identification of land cover classes based on geospatial data, using artificial intelligence technology, in accordance with Description of the Service constituting Annex No. 1 to the draft provisions of the contract (hereinafter referred to as "PPU") constituting the Annex No. 9 to the specification of terms of contract (hereinafter referred to as "SWZ") and the Offer Form (Appendix No. 1 to SWZ). 2.The scope of the order includes processing geospatial data in raster and vector formats and generating results in the form of vector layers showing land cover classes, along with assigning a classification confidence level for each object. Data produced they must be geometrically correct and topologically consistent. Identification of land cover classes is carried out in accordance with the classification used in the Agricultural Plot Identification System (LPIS) and covers the full range of required classes and their mapping in the form of spatial objects.
