Tender Details

The purpose of this tender procedure is to conclude an agreement with one party regarding the issue of building land. The building land is intended for the development of 91 Affordable Rental Homes (so-called mid-rental properties) and 94 private sector homes, of which 38 must be marketed as Affordable Purchase. The houses are located in the De Droogmakerij planning area, field 18a of Nobelhorst in Almere. The Municipality uses a tender procedure with pre-selection for this. The Municipality intends to have a maximum of three To select candidates for the registration phase.
