This consultation concerns the lamination and binding service for documents (books, comics, scores and CD/DVD digipacks) from the Media Library of the Commune of Vandoeuvre. The award procedure used is: the procedure adapted open. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2123-1 and R. 2123-1 1° of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement with minimum and maximum is concluded in application of articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code: - Minimum amount per year: €10, 000 excluding tax - Maximum amount per year: €24, 000 excluding tax No variation is authorized. Candidates must submit an offer that fully complies with the consultation file. The validity period of offers is set at 150 days from the deadline for receipt of offers. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of one year, starting August 10, 2026. It is tacitly renewed until its end. The number of renewal periods is set at 3.
