WSA intends to engage an engineering consultant to complete the following work, summarized at a high level as follows: SCOPE ITEM 1: Design, supply, and install infrastructure necessary to dewater and inspect the Lafleche spillway. Contracting services necessary to complete this work would be subcontracted by the successful respondent. SCOPE ITEM 2: Conduct a detailed inspection of the Lafleche spillway, including subcontracting services as required such as care of water, cleaning, surveying, bathymetry, LIDAR, drilling (optional), and coring. SCOPE ITEM 3: Engineering analysis to complete repairs and upgrades to the Lafleche Spillway. Scope Item 3 should address all known and identified spillway issues except for those that can only be dealt with by replacing the spillway. Potential future scope is anticipated to include but not limited to procurement support during the public tender period, office-based and field-based construction support to administer the interim spillway repair work and as-built drawing closeout package.
