The purpose of Amendment 0002 is as follows:
1. Extend the request for quote deadline from Friday, 05 July 2024 at 1:00 PM CST to Wednesday, 10 July 2024 at 1:00 PM CST
2. Statement of work was revised per the pre-bid questions and responses. (Atch 3.LAK Blinds_SOW_Final_07.02.2024) The new SOW Addendum was created on 2 July 2024, the following revision are listed below:
Paragraph 1.2 Warranty language has been added; Period of performance has been extended form 45 days to 60 days.
Paragraph 2.2.3 Color: LIGHT GRAY 120GY046 has been addedParagraph 2.2.5 has been added for contractor to provide a phase in plan for installation/removal with RFQ submissionParagraph 3.3 notice prior to start of work has been changed from 5 days to 10 days.
Paragraph 3.4 added stating 3-day notice required prior to start of weekend work.
3. Site visit questions and answers have been posted located as Attachment 4 on SAM.gov to the Solicitation
4. Site visit Pictures have been posted located as Attachment 5 on SAM.gov to the solicitation.
5. Please download all the new RFQ documents under the attachments section on Sam.gov.
