Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF LABORATORY SUPPLIES FOR THE USE OF OMCDH LABORATORY
IB NO. GSH 2026-099
1. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro, through the Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Twelve Thousand Three Hundred Eighty Pesos Only (Php 1, 212, 380.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Laboratory Supplies for the use of OMCDH Laboratory. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro - Procurement Division-Health Section now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within seven (7) days upon signing of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
