LABORATORY SUPPLIES FOR RHU
1) The Municipality of Pontevedra, Negros Occidental, through the 2026 General Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (₱ 450, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Laboratory Supplies for RHU at Brgy. I Población. Bids received in excess of the BAC shall be automatically rejected bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Pontevedra now invites bids for the Laboratory Supplies for RHU at Brgy. I Población. using the non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion. Delivery of the Goods is required 15 to 30 working days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
