1. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro, through the Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Five Thousand Pesos Only (Php 1, 505, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Laboratory Supplies for the Collection, Separation, Storage, and Transfusion of blood of OMPH Patients. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro - Procurement Division-Health Section now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within seven (7) days upon signing of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
