The subject of the public procurement is laboratory services in two lots (LOT 1: Hematology, urine and biochemical laboratory services, LOT 2: Microbiological laboratory services). In terms of volume and time, the client cannot determine the needs for services that are the subject of this public contract and will order the services in time and quantity according to the actual needs. In the process, the client will select the most economically advantageous provider for each lot, with whom he will conclude a framework agreement for four years. On the basis of the concluded framework agreement, the customer will, whenever necessary, order services in accordance with the provisions of the framework agreement. The client is not obligated to order a certain amount of services with the individual provider with whom he will conclude a framework agreement, because this is objectively undeterminable in advance for him.
