3. Sensory Attributes - Evaluation employing the Descriptive-Hedonic Method following the Client's recommended serving instructions.
at 3rd and 6th month, critical Microbial and Physico-chemical tests, Triangle test and Descriptive Hedonic sensory method to establish/validate the stability of your product over a 6-month period will be performed. The above tests shall be conducted at "real time" storage period under ambient conditions.
