The subject of the contract implemented through an above-limit procedure is the establishment of a dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter referred to as "DNS"), within which individual calls for tenders will be announced for the supply of a selected range of laboratory instruments and spare parts that are normally available on the marketand which are classified according to the procurement dictionary within the scope of group 38 listed in the Common Procurement Dictionary (CPV) for employees of the University of Konstantin Filozof in Nitra, including the provision of warranty service, possibly also non-warranty service through a service technician (if there is oneo request determined by some applicants in a specific sub-call) and other related services. Provision of related services: Delivery of goods to the place of delivery, unloading of goods at the place of delivery, delivery to the place of final installation, if necessary, employee training, collection andecological disposal of packaging material in accordance with Act 79/2015 Coll. on waste and amendments to certain laws.
