MUNICIPALITY OF CATEEL

Invitation to Bid for Procurement of Laboratory Equipping and Supplies.

1.The Municipality of Cateel, through the Annual Budget of Calendar year 2024 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty Six Pesos Only (P 999, 986.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Laboratory Equipping and Supplies Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.

3.Prospective Bidders may obtain further information from Municipality of Cateel and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during Business hour at the office of the Municipal Planning and Development Coordinator (MPDC) Municipal Hall Building.
