Delivery Places: All connected health facilities

Delivery Date: The work is started within 5 days of the entry into force of the contract. Unless otherwise specified by the health facility of the kits/materials remaining in the contractor of the contractor, the kits will be delivered according to the written (fax, e-mail, mail) orders of the health facility. From the date of notification of the written order made to the contractor by the health facility, the amount of materials specified in the written order will be delivered to the relevant health facility by the contractor within 10 days at the latest.
