The current government -wide framework agreement for laboratory articles is on 1 May 2023. In view of the fact that there is a need to continue the deliveries, this tender will be started. The aim of this European tender is to conclude a framework agreement between the RIVM, which represents the participating contracting authorities, and a maximum of two contractors for the delivery of a wide range of laboratory articles: the tenderer who ends as number 1 in the assessment of the registrations will function as preferred supplier for the delivery of laboratory articles; the tenderer who ends as number 2 in the assessment of the registrations will deliver orders from laboratory articles if the preferred supplier cannot deliver or not in time.
