The Wastewater Treatment Plant Environmental Laboratory (WWTP-EL) and the Water Treatment Plant Water Laboratory (WTP-WL) maintain a limited scope of accredited analytical services and rely on external laboratories to perform specialized testing. These specialized analytical services are required to fulfill regulatory and operational requirements, including but not limited to: Compliance with Permit-to-Operate (PTO) requirements for Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants and Landfill Support for biosolids dewatering operations Storm pond water quality monitoring Other special monitoring programs Support during emergency/upset conditions The City is seeking a qualified supplier to provide these specialized analytical services on an as-required basis.
