Labor Market Communication And Media Services Description:The Assignment includes services in the field of labor market communication, employer branding, media strategy, media planning, media purchasing and media administration (including management) for paid media. The contractor carries out this work for (labor market) campaigns and individual placements by the Police. The media placements mainly take place in Dutch media, but the Police also has a need for investigative communication placements in foreign media (mainly within Europe). The aim of labor market communication is to position the Police as an attractive employer and trainer for the recruitment of sufficient officers, business management functions and various other (specialist) police functions. To achieve this, the Police develops recruitment campaigns together with the Contractor for labor market communications. To ensure that these campaigns reach the right target groups at the right time the Contractor for labor market communications works intensively with the Contractor for media services. The media agency advises on the media to be used, has knowledge of media behavior of various target groups, and monitors the performance of the media campaign expressions used and coordinate this with the Police or with the labor market communications agency in order to optimize the campaigns.
