The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 05, hereby provides notice of its intent to award a sole source firm fixed price contract for Acustaf Labor Management Software located at 4300 Marketpointe Dr. STE 240 Edina, MN 55435. The contract is expected to be awarded under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(B).
