Labor hire Labor hire service for a period of 4 + 2 months as follows: General: The tenderer must provide suitably qualified professionals to perform the tasks. It is required for railway vehicles during the performance of tasks perform various parts manufacturing and repair tasks. The Bidder provides changing and showering facilities for the Bidder's contributors. The Bidder (or its collaborators) shall perform the tasks in the Bidder's instructions (which may not extend to for the organization of the activity and cannot make the performance more burdensome), or according to the requirements defined in the relevant laws and professional regulations in force at all times, for the tools used for the performance of the tasks, or for the tools used is obliged to provide it in accordance with the specifications and technology defined for materials. Compliance with the relevant occupational health and safety legislation is mandatory, and in view of the fact that the place of performance of the tasks is the headquarters of the Bidder, the Bidder (or its collaborators) are obliged to comply with the work work, fire protection, safety and environmental regulations in force at the site.
