1) The Local Government Unit of Manolo Fortich, through the Special Education Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Thirteen Thousand Seven Hundred Nine Pesos and Nine Centavos (PhP 1, 013, 709.09) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for LABOR COMPONENT - CONSTRUCTION OF 1 UNIT 3 CLASSROOM BUILDING AT BARANGAY KALUGMANAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL (COUNTERPART TO JTS) under Project Code # EE-2026-0118. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Manolo Fortich now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days upon receipt of approved Notice to Proceed.
