LABOR AND MATERIALS FOR VARIOUS IMPROVEMENTS AT PAG-IBIG FUND NAGA STAFF HOUSE/MANAGER-S QUARTER

1. The Pag-IBIG Fund Technical and Administrative Support, Bicol Region (TAS BR) through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), through the Y2024 Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos only (PhP1, 500, 000.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes, permits and charges being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Labor and Materials for Various Improvements at Pag-IBIG Fund Naga Staff House/Manager-s Quarter with Project I.D. No. TAS-BR-2024-003. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
