1) The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office 5, through the GAA for 2026 - ILD intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Eighty-Three Thousand Pesos (Php2, 583, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Labor and Materials for the Upgrading of Various Rooms of the Integrated Laboratories Division Building. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office 5 now invites bids for the following:
