LABOR AND MATERIALS FOR THE PREVENTIVE
MAINTENANCE OF GENSET - 250KVA
Labor charges for the PMS of 250KVA GENSET - one time only
Scope of Work:
1. Engine Lubrication System - Drain engine oil, flush the system, replace with new engine oil, replace oil filter and
inspect for leaks.
2. Fuel System - Replace fuel filter and water separator filter, inspect for leaks, drain water separator.
3. Air and Exhaust System - Replace Air filter, inspect for leaks, check turbocharger, exhaust and smoke color.
4. Cooling System - Drain and replace coolant, inspect radiator, hoses and clamps.
5. Electrical System - Pull out and Install of new battery.
Check battery voltage, clean terminals, inspect sensors, gauges and wiring.
6. Miscellaneous - adjust V-Belt tension, clean radiator fan, inspect bolts, perform general cleaning, and test run
generator.
7. Mobilization and Demobilization of personnel, tools, and equipment.
