Description : Labor and Materials for the Pest Control Services at NFRDI Central Office for CY 2026
The service provider shall provide the required pest control services for the NFRDI and shall undertake the following:
• Conduct all the necessary mitigation measures to prevent crawling and flying insects (termites, ants, mosquitos, cockroaches, house flies, fleas, bugs, beetles, etc.) and other pest infections, including rodents in accordance with the industry's best practices and standards, and existing safety and health procedures and protocols.
• The Service Provider shall submit a General Pest Abatement Maintenance Program, which covers treatment against all types of crawling and flying insects or pests on walls, floors, cracks, crevices, cabinets, and other areas, as follows:
a) Treatment shall be conducted through direct spraying, thermal fogging disinfection, and gel bait shall also be applied for the residual control of pest/insects.
