1) The Barangay Local Government Unit of Balligui, Maddela, Quirino, through the 20% Barangay Development Fund of CY 2026, intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Eighty-Three Thousand One Hundred Thirty-Nine Pesos (P 183, 139.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Labor and Materials for the Improvement of Barangay Hall Compound. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Barangay Local Government Unit of Balligui, Maddela, Quirino now invites bids for Labor and Materials for the Improvement of Barangay Hall Compound.
