1) The Barangay Local Government Unit of Abbag, Maddela, Quirino, through the 20% Barangay Development Fund of CY 2026, intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Four Thousand Five Hundred Eighteen Pesos (P 104, 518.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Labor and Materials for the Extension of Evacuation Center (Garage). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
