1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office 13, through the CORN GAA 2025 intends to apply the sum of the following being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for Labor and Materials for the Construction of Solar Poly Tunnel Dryer under PR No. F4 2025 07-098. Bids received in excess of each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
