1. The Iloilo Science and Technology University (ISAT U), through the Fund 164 intends to apply the sum of Php 6, 500, 000.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for ISAT U INFRA - 2022-06-05 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
