1) The Municipality of Orion, Bataan through the General Appropriation Act of 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Pesos (Php 4, 000.000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Labor and Materials for the Construction of Flood Mitigating Infrastructure Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Orion, Bataan now invites bids for Labor and Materials for the Construction of Flood Mitigating Infrastructure.
