1) The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office 13, through the LIVESTOCK
GAA 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos
(₱1, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments
under the contract for Labor and Materials for the Construction of Duck House
under Livestock Economic Enterprise Development (LEED). Bids received in
excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office 13 now invites bids for
Labor and Materials for the Construction of Duck House under Livestock
Economic Enterprise Development (LEED). Completion of the Works is required
Ninety (90) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should
have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of
