1. The Local Government Unit of Solano, Nueva Vizcaya through MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT FUND, intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Seventy-Eight Thousand Four Hundred Sixteen Pesos (P978, 416.00) being the Approved Total Budget for the Contract (ABC) payments under the contract for the Labor and Materials for the Construction of Drainage Outfall at Brgy. Osmena and San Luis, Solano, Nueva Vizcaya. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU Solano, Nueva Vizcaya now invites bids for the goods stated above. Completion period is required within thirty-eight (38) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the procurement.
