1) The Barangay Local Government Unit of Dumabato Sur, Maddela, Quirino, through the 20% Barangay Development Fund of CY 2026, intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Forty-Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty Pesos (P 149, 730.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Labor and Materials for the Construction of Drainage Canal at Purok Eden. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
