procurement will be conducted through Negotiated Procurement- Small Value Procurement as an alternative Mode of Procurement specified and prescribed under Rule XVI- Alternative mode of procurement, Section 53.9- Small Value Procurement, of the IRR of RA No. 12009.
Interested suppliers shall submit its quotation together with the mandatory documentary requirements for Negotiated Procurement- Small Value Procurement to the BAC Office, LGU Guinobatan, Albay on or before November 5, 2026, 5:00 pm.
