i⤠Option to reserve the stock for the VMMC: seven (7) working days after the opening of this canvass

i⤠Delivery: seven (7) to ten (10) days after the receipt of Purchase Order

i⤠VMMC has the option to procure the item in the open market in the event the winning supplier fails to deliver the item/s within the delivery period and shall be charged the difference in price, if there be any.

i⤠This office reserves the right to reject any or all offers, in case of any defect in the product and to accept offers which may be considered most advantageous to the government.

i⤠Payment: at least fifteen (15) days after delivery

i⤠Upon receipt of three (3) valid quotations on or before the closing date, the BAC shall open the quotations.

i⤠Supplier to indicate the brand name on the particular item

i⤠Submit sample upon request/when required, submission of sample within (3) days.

i⤠For new suppliers submit current Philgeps Certificate and Company Profile.
