LUHONG 2026-001
1) The Barangay Local Government Unit of Luhong through the CY-2026 BLG FUND intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Seventeen Thousand Two Hundred Five Pesos and Eighty Centavos (817, 205.80) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Lab-ong- Hablang FMR Construction Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Barangay Local Government Unit of Luhong now invites bids for Lab-ong - Hablang FMR Construction Completion of the Works is required until 85 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
