july 13, 2026NOTICE TO BIDDERS FORJOB ORDER CONTRACTNUMBERS 150, 151, & 152LA COUNTY PROJECTS IFB NUMBER LACDA26-043Notice is hereby given that bids will be received by the Los Angeles County DevelopmentAuthority(LACDA)untilthe date indicatedbelowunder Solicitation Requirementsfor Job Order Contract Numbers 150, 151 & 152 for construction services. The term of the contracts will be for one (1) year or the expenditure of the maximum contract value ($6, 402, 606.00), whichever comes first. Provided however, that if a work order is issued by LACDA prior to the expiration of the annual contract period, the contract term shall be automatically extended solely to allow the original scope of such work order to be completed. There is no minimum contract value. Bidders must answer all questions in the solicitation package. Failure to submit accurate and complete responses may result in a determination that the bidder is non-responsible. This will include furnishing all labor, material and equipment, and performing all work necessary and incidental in accordance with theStatement of Work (SOW) and contract documents.The Invitation for Bid (IFB) package containing all submission requirementsmay be downloaded from theLACDA-sProcurement Systemwebsite at www.opengov.com.In submitting a bid, each bidder thereby agrees that, if awarded a contract, it shall execute a standardLACDAcontract, a sample of which is attached to the bid package for reference. The LACDA shall not award a contract to, or be obligated to execute a contract with, any bidder who refuses to execute said standardLACDAcontract.Bidders shall guarantee their bid for a minimum of 270 days. Bidders must submit separate bids for each JOC Contract number.
