The La Branche association, a socio-educational establishment in Savigny, welcomes more than 146 children and adults with an intellectual impairment on an area of 35 hectares. Founded in 1961, it manages nine homes in a village designed to offer a secure and dynamic environment. Currently, The branch is engaged in an important ecological transition. It provides for a large energy renovation project of its buildings, including connection to an internal frame with pellets. The target values affected are those of the Minergie-P Eco standard. The premises will be ventilated in simple Flow with an extractors in the attic. The hoods of kitchens and wood stoves are offset by double flows in the attic (see diagrams in principle). A mainly round sheath network makes it possible to ventilate, the regulatory equipment is installed by the tenderer.
