The order includes financing of the vehicles. in the form of leasing and successive delivery to the Lubień Basalt Mine.1. Subject of the OrderBrand new panel vans, L2H2 (or equivalent) size class, equipped with a 4x4 drive and adapted and certified for the transport of goods dangerous class 1 (explosive materials and articles) in the EX/II vehicle standard in accordance with the ADR Agreement (in force from January 1, 2025). Number of vehicles: 3. Year of production: Not older than 2025 / 2026. Brand new vehicles, no mileage (permissible technological mileage up to 100 km). Standards and approvals: Euro 6e, GSR2 safety requirements (General Safety Regulation) and technical requirements of ADR Section 9.2 and 9.3 for EX/II vehicles. Load space (EX/II requirements - Class 1): Dimensions: length floors min. 3200 mm (or similar), total height approx. 2500 mm.
