Short description of the procurement: The object of the contract is based on the project assignment L. Puusepa 8, the design, construction and validation of the Tartu clean space complex:
1) Design and detailed design (detailed Design e dd in accordance with ISO 14644-4: 2022):
- a construction project with a constructive part;
- parts of the technical system project: heating, ventilation and cooling, water supply and sewerage, electrical project, building automation and security system project;
Work project with construction work, including execution documentation;
Annex 15 and Annex 1. The premises are ready to start the processes in these prescribed processes and correspond to the prescribed to cleanliness classes.
