1. The subject of the order is the modernization of the shooting range at ul. Grenadierw 3, in accordance with the Functional and Utility Program (FFU) constituting an annex to the SWZ. The implementation of the task consists of two stages: - stage I: development of a conceptual design, development design documentation, transfer to the Ordering Party of all property and related rights to the entire developed design documentation for unlimited use of the above-mentioned in time and space. documentation in various forms and forms depending on needs, submitting an application for a construction permit agreed with the Employer's representatives, obtaining the arrangements, opinions, expert opinions, permits, approvals, reports, administrative decisions required by law, including a final decision on the construction permit, - stage II: execution of construction works based on the design documentation received by the Ordering Party in accordance with the conditions specified in the building permit decision, equipping the facility in accordance with the scope commissioned to the Contractor, obtaining an occupancy permit and preparation of as-built documentation.2.
