The subject of the order is the development of a total construction inventory and complete design and cost estimate documentation for the investment task Mon. "KWP Katowice - modernization of buildings A, B, C, stage I with adaptation to fire safety regulations of KWP buildings in Katowice at ul. Lompy 19.
The design and cost estimate documentation prepared as part of this order should be consistent with the Construction Law and include a list of studies and a written declaration of the Contractor that it is made in accordance with applicable regulations and standards and that it is issued in a complete state from the point of view of the purpose it is intended to serve.
The subject of this order is, among others:
Studies that include documentation:
• inventory total construction (including industry inventory);
describing how to adapt existing facilities to applicable fire safety regulations;
• obtaining a positive decision from the Silesian Provincial Commander of the State Fire Service in Katowice regarding developed expertise;
• complete design concept (architectural, construction and industry) including
with an estimated valuation of the solutions included in the expert opinion (including potential accepted deviations);
