The object of the procurement is the construction contract for the Huhtisten daycare center in accordance with this procurement notice and its appendices.
The city of Porvoo will renew the Huhtisten daycare center by demolishing the old daycare center and building a new 10-group solid wood daycare center in its place. The scope of the contract includes allthe works mentioned in the spring request, so-called on a turnkey basis, such as demolition of an old building, construction of a new building and construction of yard areas. The target gross area of ​​the site is 2, 640 brm2.
The form of contract is a KVR contract, where the KVR contractor acts as the main contractor and as intended by the legislationas the main contractor, and takes care of all the planning and construction of the project. The designers have a direct contractual relationship with the contractor, who is responsible for the designers and plans they procure and pays the designers for the design work according to their mutual agreementtu.
The project is the so-called turnkey delivery in which the City of Porvoon acquires a new 10-group kindergarten building completely ready with HVAC work done in place following good construction practice for a fixed contract price.
